Jenn Hernandez - Director, Ticketing & Digital Marketing
Jenn Hernandez (Jenz) has been with the POPSCENE family for the past 14 years. It all began one fateful night on November 14, 2002 (Frou Frou played). Over the past decade, she has worked in event management, artist relations and hospitality, and marketing in both the music and art worlds. Jenz began her tenure at POPSCENE as a street team member before diving headfirst into promotions and box office operations. From volunteering at festivals like Noise Pop and Bottlerock, to working in many box offices and nightclubs around San Francisco, she is most comfortable with music on and people around. She continues to freelance as a music writer and photographer in her spare time. Jenz is probably the only person you may meet who has both a New Kids On The Block and Radiohead tattoo. Each.
Tammie Soto, Director of Business Development
In addition to over 8 years of involvement with POPSCENE, Tammie is one of the last of the San Francisco natives. Her vast experience in sales, promotions, and marketing make her keenly attuned to recognizing and communicating current trends, as well as retaining and growing partnerships. Currently residing in Oakland, on her off time she enjoys long walks through the graveyard, darkwave, fashion, and Time Lords.

Nicholas Gomez, Photographer
Nicholas has always been surrounded by music. He vividly remembers family road trips where his family would listen to songs like Jackson Browne’s “Running on Empty” or Paul McCartney’s “Band on the Run.” It was here where he learned that music is a soundtrack to experiences, and that a perfect playlist can bring people together. Nicholas is a Southern California transplant that has made San Francisco his home. You will catch glimpses of Nicholas as he maneuvers his way through the dense popscene crowds. If you do spot him, feel free to smile and dance. His camera is always recording. Nicholas is an avid music listener, but more specifically, a lyric examiner.
